All orders are shipped via the Taiwan Postal Service. We guarantee that your package will be delivered to the address you provided.
For insured packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the Taiwan Postal Service,
a replacement will be shipped out as soon as possible provided you sign a declaration of non-receipt of the original parcel. We will then recover the cost of the lost parcel from the Taiwan Postal Service.
For non-insured packages:
If your package is confirmed lost by the Taiwan Postal Service,
a replacement will be shipped out as soon as possible except for Dayuling 105K Snow Oolong (Tea Master Lin), Fushoushan Veteran's Farm Oolong Tea and award winning teas.
Although the chance of lost during shipment is very remote and we will try our best to help the buyer to track lost packages with the Taiwan Postal Service.
Without shipping insurance, Dayuling 105K Snow Oolong (Tea Master Lin), Fushoushan Veteran's Farm Oolong Tea and award winning teas will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

Orders lost due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund.
Please make sure the shipping address you use for your order is to a safe and secure location. Packages that are stolen after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Please take extra care of checking your order when it is arrived at your door before signing to the postal staff,
