All orders are shipped via the Taiwan Postal Service. We guarantee that your package will be delivered to the address you provided.

For insured packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the Taiwan Postal Service, a replacement will be shipped out as soon as possible provided you sign a declaration of non-receipt of the original parcel. We will then recover the cost of the lost parcel from the Taiwan Postal Service.

For non-insured packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the Taiwan Postal Service, a replacement will be shipped out as soon as possible except for Dayuling 105K Snow Oolong (Tea Master Lin), Fushoushan Veteran's Farm Oolong Tea and award winning teas. Although the chance of lost during shipment is very remote and we will try our best to help the buyer to track lost packages with the Taiwan Postal Service. Without shipping insurance, Dayuling 105K Snow Oolong (Tea Master Lin), Fushoushan Veteran's Farm Oolong Tea and award winning teas will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

• Please allow enough time for the carrier to deliver your package. It can take up to 20 business days to deliver your package. Please wait the required amount of time before notifying us of an undelivered package.
• You must notify us by email if your package has not arrived, or if you received damaged merchandise.

A more economical international service, but with a longer transit time. Packages are delivered in an average of 7-20 business days to any destination after your order is shipped with Airmail service. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and location and will be calculated when you checkout. Please be aware that shipping tracking and insurance are ONLY available for some countries with this method. If you need to guarantee delivery, please choose Express Mail Service, which provides tracking information from our door to yours and requires a signature upon delivery.

Packages are delivered in 3-10 business days to any destination after your order is shipped with Express Mail service. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and location and will be calculated when you checkout. All packages shipped using the Taiwan Postal Service Express Mail are insured against loss or damage at no additional cost.

We keep shipping rates as low as we can, and we insure packages (if available) at no extra charge to you.

Orders lost due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund. Please make sure the shipping address you use for your order is to a safe and secure location. Packages that are stolen after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Please take extra care of checking your order when it is arrived at your door before signing to the postal staff, in the case when damage occurs, please take picture evidence and write explicitly in the signing report, otherwise, damaged item can not be claimed from the Taiwan Postal Service.
