If you are not completely satisfied, just send back the teas you do not like, and you are welcome to keep all the free samples included with you. We will refund your full purchase price of the teas including international shipping in proportion to the ordered amount. You will only be responsible for shipping back to us.
Please return the items (including all original packaging) within 20 days after you received your order for a full refund, with the exception of tea samples and competition teas. Tea samples, Genuine Fushoushan Veteran's Farm Oolong Tea, Dayuling 105K Snow Oolong (Tea Master Lin) and Award Winning Oolong teas are not returnable and refundable.
