All orders are shipped by Taiwan Post and we provide two shipping services: airmail service and express mail service. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once orders are shipped. You may also log in to Order Status to see the tracking number of your order.

Orders shipped by express service via Taiwan Post are online trackable at Taiwan Postal Service website. You can easily track your shipment from the time your order is shipped from us. Shipping insurance for this option is available to all countries and we will purchase for you at no extra charge. Orders are delivered worldwide within 2-6 business days, excluding time at customs.

Orders shipped by airmail service via Taiwan Post are online trackable at Taiwan Postal Service website as well. Please click here if your tracking number starts CC or click here if your tracking number starts RA. You may also go to the post office website of your country or contact your local Post Office to track your order.
